Labor-Intensive Industry Credit (KIPK)
A financing program from the Indonesian government to help labor-intensive industry sectors to improve competitiveness, productivity, and business expansion through investment credit and working capital with subsidized interest.
- Requirements and Procedures
- Have a productive and viable business
- Have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
- Have a Business Identification Number (NIB)
- Be a participant of the employment social security organizing agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Have been running a business for at least 2 (two) years in the labor-intensive industry sector
- Have a workforce of at least 50 (fifty) people for a minimum period of the last 12 (twelve) months
- No negative information evidenced by the results of trade checking, community checking, and/or bank checking
- Not currently receiving other government program business credits simultaneously
- Already a customer or willing to become a Bank Jatim customer
- Fees
- Provision Fee: 0.5% of the credit ceiling
- Administration Fee: Rp500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah)
- Collateral Appraisal Fee: Rp50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) up to Rp1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) depending on the credit ceiling
