Labor-Intensive Industry Credit (KIPK)
A financing program from the Indonesian government designed to support industrial sectors that absorb a large workforce (labor-intensive) to enhance competitiveness, productivity, and business expansion through investment and working capital credit with subsidized interest rates.
- Requirements and Procedures
- Must have a productive and feasible business
- Must have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
- Must have a Business Identification Number (NIB)
- Must be a participant in the Social Security Administrative Body for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Must have been operating in the labor-intensive industry for at least 2 (two) years
- Must have at least 50 (fifty) employees for a minimum period of the last 12 (twelve) months
- No negative information as evidenced by trade checking, community checking, and/or bank checking results
- Not currently receiving other government business program loans simultaneously
- Is already a customer or willing to become a Bank Jatim customer
- Fees
- Provision Fee: 0.5% of the credit limit (plafond)
- Administrative Fee: IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah)
- Collateral Appraisal Fee: IDR 50,000 to IDR 1,000,000, depending on the credit limit
