Service for receiving funds from Overseas Banks or foreign currency funds from Domestic Banks intended for Beneficiary accounts at Bank Jatim through the SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer mechanism.

    • Serves fund transfers in 8 Currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, HKD, JPY, CNY
    • Bank Jatim uses the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) telecommunication network which allows sending funds in foreign currencies quickly, safely, and reliably to various countries around the world.
    • Fee charging mechanism: SHA and OUR
  • Benefits
    • Remitter/Sender can send money from abroad to Indonesia through Banks or Financial Institutions in various countries by informing the Bank Jatim Account in Indonesia as the Destination Account.
    • "Special rate" for transactions Min Eq $2,000
  • Requirements
    • Must be a Bank Jatim customer
    • For incoming money transfers to Bank Jatim, ensure using the Bank Jatim Code or Bank Jatim SWIFT Code BJTMIDJAXXX and the beneficiary name matches the name recorded in the Bank Jatim system.
    • If there is a difference in the currency sent and the currency of the beneficiary customer at Bank Jatim, the funds will be received by the customer according to the currency in the Bank Jatim Account based on the conversion rate applied by Bank Jatim.
    • Not related to any entity or country listed in sanctions.
  • Steps
    • The money sender/remitter can visit the nearest Bank or Financial Institution in the country of origin.
    • The money sender can provide the information that must be given to the Fund Sender for the Incoming Transfer process to Your Account and ensure the following matters:
    • 1. Beneficiary Bank SWIFT CODE (Bank Jatim) BJTMIDJA
    • 2. Account Number and Name are ensured not to be wrong and match those recorded in the Bank Jatim system.

Outgoing Remittance

Cross-border money transfer service through the SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer mechanism which can be done at All Bank Jatim Branches and Sub-Branches using Savings, Current Account sources.

  • Requirements
    • Delivery operational hours follow branch service hours.
    • Cut off time for receiving funds same day value (Indonesia time):
    • USD at 09.00 - 15.00 WIB
    • SGD at 07.00 - 14.00 WIB
    • JPY at 07.00 - 10.00 WIB
    • CNY at 08.00 - 15.00 WIB
    • HKD at 08.00 - 15.00 WIB
    • Not related to any entity or country listed in sanctions.
    • Specifically if there is a foreign exchange conversion over IDR, then PBI No. 18/18/PBI/2016 and PBI No. 18/10/PBI/2016 apply: Transactions with a value above equivalent USD 100,000 must submit underlying transaction/supporting documents and NPWP.

    • Customer visits the nearest Bank Jatim branch office or sub-branch office.
    • Fill out the money transfer application form and ensure the Overseas fund beneficiary information is complete such as:
    • Beneficiary Name & Account Number
    • Beneficiary Bank SWIFT CODE
    • Correspondent Bank SWIFT CODE of the Beneficiary Bank
    • IBAN Number (specifically for fund transfers to Europe incorporated in SEPA / Single Euro Payment Area membership)

      1. The program applies to Bank Jatim customers who receive transfers from Malaysia and Hong Kong (Inbound JConnect Remittance) through partner Money Transfer Operators, Merchantrade Asia (Malaysia) and Chandra Remittance (Hong Kong).
      2. A reward worth Rp 75,000 (Seventy-Five Thousand Rupiah) is given to Customers receiving Inbound JConnect Remittance transactions from partner MTOs in Malaysia and Hong Kong corridors with a minimum transaction of Rp 3,000,000.
      3. "FITRI" Promo Program reward recipients have a chance 1 (one) time per day.
      4. Transfer of "FITRI" Promo Program rewards to Customers is received maximum D+5 (working days) from the transaction date.
      5. The program is valid for 2 months from February 01, 2026, to March 31, 2026.
      6. Quota is limited and may be stopped at any time if the quota has been met.
