    • Competent and not under guardianship
    • Identity card (KTP) of the authorized Official
    • Not listed in the National Blacklist of Bank Indonesia (DHN-BI)
    • Include the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) of the authorized Official
    • Written Approval Letter from the Head of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) of the Ministry of Finance
    • Letter of Appointment of the Head of the Agency
    • Decree of Appointment to the Position of the designated Official
