Accelerating Business Growth, Bank Jatim Grand Launches Caruban Branch Office

CARUBAN, June 10, 2025. In the framework of strengthening its position and improving customer service in East Java, on Tuesday (10/6), PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) officially inaugurated the Bank Jatim Caruban Branch Office, located at Jl. Panglima Sudirman No. 179 Caruban, Madiun. Previously, Bank Jatim Caruban's status was a sub-branch office. The opening of this new office is part of the company's strategy to accelerate business growth and the local economy in the Caruban area, which is currently developing rapidly. The Acting President Director of Bank Jatim, Arif Suhirman, the Regent of Madiun, Heri Wuryanto, and the Head of OJK Kediri, Ismirani Saputri, were present at the grand launching of the new office.
Arif explained that the presence of the Bank Jatim Caruban Branch Office is expected to expand access to reliable and affordable financial services for the public and support business growth in the region. "The opening of the Bank Jatim Caruban Branch Office is a manifestation of our commitment to encourage business acceleration and open up new opportunities in the MSME sector. We hope that the presence of this new office will make it easier for customers to access financial services and support the development of local businesses. We are committed to always being a partner for the people of East Java in achieving their financial goals," he elaborated.
According to Arif, the inauguration of this new building is also expected to be a good start to continue Bank Jatim's business and services to customers in the Caruban and Madiun areas. "The inauguration of this new building is a realization that we will always get closer to the community by providing optimal service. Without good collaboration among all parties, the grand launching of the Caruban branch office would not have been successfully implemented," he explained.
Arif affirmed that Bank Jatim is also consistent in always providing the best for the community, ranging from various products and services, technology, to service. Bank Jatim currently has various banking technologies, such as JConnect Mobile, CRM, ATM, EDC, QRIS, and virtual accounts. "We want to provide the maximum benefit and contribution possible to the community's economy," he stated.
Supported by employees who are sat set wat wet (quick and efficient) and existing banking products, Arif continued, Bank Jatim is ready to support government programs in East Java, especially in Madiun Regency. "Hopefully, the relocation of this office address will not reduce the value that Bank Jatim gives to all communities, but instead can add and further maximize the rotation of the economic wheels in East Java, especially Caruban, and can contribute to the business development of Bank Jatim," he said.
Meanwhile, on this occasion, Heri Wuryanto expressed his gratitude and thanks because, after a long wait, the Bank Jatim Caruban sub-branch finally upgraded its status to a branch. "Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), Bank Jatim Caruban is now a full branch for the people of Madiun Regency. Hopefully, it can be an extraordinary collaboration and continue to improve the service aspect. We hope that with this new building, it will add comfort and a special attraction for Bank Jatim customers in Caruban, so that both employees and customers can feel safe and comfortable in service and transactions," he concluded.
