BLITAR, March 12, 2025. As a form of concern for public health services, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) has officially handed over Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assistance to the Blitar Regency Government. The assistance provided is in the form of one ambulance unit. Located at Pendopo Agung Ronggo Hadi Negoro Blitar, the CSR was symbolically handed over by Bank Jatim Risk Management Director Eko Susetyono to Blitar Regent Rijanto, who was accompanied by Blitar Deputy Regent Beky Herdihansah and Director of Ngudi Waluyo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Endah Woro Utami on Wednesday (12/3).
Eko explained that there are several objectives for providing the ambulance to the Blitar Regency Government. These include improving health service facilities and infrastructure and achieving standardization provisions for transportation services, especially patient pick-up services. In addition, it is also to assist emergency pick-up services for the community covering the Blitar Raya area and its surroundings.
"This initiative is part of the company's social responsibility. We want to provide more value for Blitar Regency, not only by integrating the e-BLUD system so that services are more transparent, but also by handing over an ambulance as a form of real contribution to improving the quality of public health services," he said.
In addition to the CSR handover, the Blitar Regency Government also continues to strengthen transparency and efficiency in regional financial governance by launching the SIPD e-BLUD Integration System with Bank Jatim. This integration system allows the financial management of regional hospitals to be carried out digitally and connected directly to Bank Jatim. Thus, every transaction can be monitored in real-time, minimizing the potential for irregularities, and accelerating the financial administration process.
Eko emphasized that his party will continue to support digital transformation in financial services that can accelerate regional economic growth. "We are not only building synergy in regional financial management, but also striving to encourage financial inclusion with digital services such as QRIS, mobile banking, and various financing facilities for the people of Blitar," he continued.
On that occasion, Rijanto said that this step is a form of innovation that will facilitate the financial management of regional hospitals. "This system will increase service efficiency and ensure that every managed fund is used optimally for the benefit of public health services," said Rijanto. He hopes that with this integration, transparency will be further realized and public services, especially in the health sector, can continue to improve.
According to Rijanto, the step taken by the Blitar Regency Government and Bank Jatim shows a shared commitment to building transparent financial governance and better health services. With the integrated SIPD e-BLUD system and additional ambulance facilities, it is hoped that the people of Blitar Regency can feel the real benefits of this innovation. "Let us together build a more advanced Blitar Regency, with public services that are increasingly professional and competitive," he concluded.
Meanwhile, dr. Endah Woro Utami also expressed her appreciation for the ambulance assistance provided. According to her, this facility will greatly help the hospital in providing faster and more optimal health services to the community.
"This ambulance is not just a vehicle, but a life-saving facility that we greatly need. With this additional fleet, we can improve referral and emergency services, especially for patients in remote areas who need medical transport quickly," she said.
Endah also emphasized the importance of support from various parties in improving health services in Blitar Regency. "We cannot walk alone. The synergy between the government, business world, and the community is the main key to creating better health services," she added. now translate this whole sentence to english directly dont change anything
