Bank Jatim Optimal Service is rewarded with National Award

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (bankjatim) won the top 10 National Contact Center Service Excellence Award (CCSEA) 2018 Regular Banking award with Excellent title. Consecutively since 2017 bankjatim won an award specifically for this call center service.

Located at Mulia Hotel, Jakarta (10/04), directly attended by Operations Director bankjatim Rudie Hardiono received an award. "This award is a reflection of Bankjatim's success, especially the call center, in providing information and dealing with customer complaints. We are always committed to providing the best service to the community, "said Rudie Hardiono.

The assessment of the CCSEA 2018 event initiated by the Carre-Center for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty was based on a survey of 253 Contact Center brands during the period July to December 2017, through 3 main indicators, namely access, systems and procedures and people.
