Bank Jatim Partners with KAI Wisata to Strengthen Priority Services

YOGYAKARTA, January 30, 2026. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) has officially entered into a partnership with PT Kereta Api Pariwisata (KAI Wisata) to provide premium services focused on comfort and high-class travel experiences. This collaboration was formalized through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement by Bank Jatim’s Director of Micro, Retail & Sharia Business, Tonny Prasetyo, and KAI Wisata’s Commercial Director, Hetty Herawati, on Friday (1/30) at the VIP Room of Yogyakarta Station.
Tonny explained that this partnership provides exclusive access to KAI Wisata’s Luxury Lounges for Bank Jatim Priority Customers. This synergy aims to enhance service quality and provide added value for clients who prioritize comfort, privacy, and personalized service during their travels. The Luxury Lounge facilities available to Bank Jatim Priority Customers are located across several major stations, including Gambir (Jakarta), Bekasi, Cirebon, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Solo Balapan, Surabaya Gubeng, Surabaya Pasar Turi, and Malang stations.
"Through this collaboration, Bank Jatim Priority Customers can enjoy various premium facilities at KAI Wisata Luxury Lounges, such as exclusive waiting areas with a comfortable atmosphere, premium food and beverage services, personalized assistance, and supporting facilities like WiFi and Smart TVs," Tonny stated.
According to him, this synergy aligns with Bank Jatim’s strategy to strengthen services for the priority customer segment. It is expected that this partnership will create business opportunities for both parties. "It is undeniable that we are constantly monitoring business developments within the railway industry. Therefore, Bank Jatim is optimistic that collaborations with various parties, including KAI, will further contribute to Bank Jatim's business growth in the future.
