Monday (10/12/2012) Bank Jatim returned proud record of achievement.
In an event titled Surabaya Service Excellence 2012, held by MarkPlus Inc. through one of divisionsthat is MarkPlus Insight, awarded Best Service Excellence Champion conventional banking categories (assets <150 T) to the Bank Jatim. MarkPlus Insight which is a business unit of MarkPlus is engaged in marketing research,
already hold Service Excellence Award in various cities in Indonesia. For Surabaya, the year 2012 is the third year this event was held.
service Excellence Award was held as an attempt to help the local champion in Surabaya and surrounding areas in the marketing its brand to a broader scope.
SSEA Awards 2012 received by the Bank Jatim, based on the results of the market survey conducted Marketplus Insight that measure quality of care "Service Excellence" by the brand's in Surabaya and its surroundings on consumers.
Survey conducted on 1000 respondents who are the decision maker for the purchase of products and service users with an age range 21-55 years, who were in the city of Surabaya and was conducted in August-September 2012.
