Bank Jatim Wins Best Issuer Bank at the Prima Awards 2025.

BALI, October 23, 2025. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) continues to demonstrate its achievements. After recently winning the ATM Bersama Awards 2025, Bank Jatim has once again won an award at the Prima Awards 2025 event. In the activity organized by PT Rintis Sejahtera in collaboration with Infobank, Bank Jatim was honored with the Platinum Award as the Best Issuer Bank (ATM) thanks to its excellent performance in ATM card services and electronic transactions.
Located at Hotel Mulia Nusa Dua, the prestigious award was presented by the Chairman of Infobank Group, Eko B. Supriyanto, and received by Bank Jatim's Director of IT, Digital & Operations, Wiweko Probojakti. The Best Issuer Bank award is given to banks deemed most superior in their role as an issuer, which is the issuer of ATM cards or debit cards that actively support the convenience of customer transactions within the PRIMA ATM network. The assessment is based on transaction volume and growth, system reliability, security level, and innovation in presenting digital services that are efficient and easily accessible.
Wiweko expressed his highest appreciation for the award given to Bank Jatim. The award is a recognition of Bank Jatim's performance and achievements, as well as the Company's commitment to providing excellent services to meet the needs of the community. This achievement demonstrates Bank Jatim's commitment to continue presenting fast, secure, and integrated transaction services through the PRIMA ATM network," he stated.

To complement the services provided by BJTM, customers can utilize transactions at 847 Bank Jatim ATM networks spread throughout East Java, Jakarta, and even Batam. Furthermore, for faster banking services that can be accessed anywhere, customers can use the JConnect Mobile digital service.

Meanwhile, the PRIMA Award is an annual awards event held by PT Rintis Sejahtera, the manager of the PRIMA ATM network and electronic transaction services, in collaboration with Infobank. This award is given to banks and financial institutions recognized for their achievements in innovation, service quality, transaction security, and contribution to supporting the national payment ecosystem. The basis for granting the award is the result of the PRIMA Network Digital Transaction rating, a collaboration between PT Rintis Sejahtera and the Infobank Research Bureau.
