Caring for Health, Bank Jatim Donates CSR Ambulance Bike to Kanjuruhan Hospital

MALANG, NOVEMBER 18, 2023. As a form of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (bankjatim) concern for the world of health, on Saturday (18/11) bankjatim has officially handed over Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assistance to Kanjuruhan Hospital in the form of two ambulance motorbikes and two ambulance bikes. Located at UMM Dome Malang, the assistance was symbolically handed over by the Director of IT and Digital bankjatim Zulhelfi Abidin to the Regent of Malang M Sanusi in a series of National Health Day Commemoration activities.
Zulhelfi explained, this CSR program assistance is bankjatim's commitment to encourage the optimization of public health services. "The purpose of providing CSR bicycles is to support the operations of Kanjuruhan Malang Hospital, especially for emergency transportation for patients who are difficult to reach by ambulance. We will always support the health services provided by the Malang Regency Government through Kanjuruhan Hospital," he explained.
According to him, immediate emergency treatment for patients is needed to prevent the patient's situation from getting worse, especially for areas that are prone to traffic jams or difficult to reach. Therefore, Zulhelfi hopes that this transportation tool can accelerate health care to the community and expand the reach of services from the hospital. The handover of this assistance is also an effort to strengthen the synergy that has been established with the Malang Regency Government through Kanjuruhan Hospital.
"We will continue to open ourselves to be involved in supporting various Malang Regency government programs in various other lines. Hopefully bankjatim's cooperation with the district government and Kanjuruhan Malang Hospital will continue to run, including the funding and financing side that can be used to develop or improve RSUD services," he said.
Meanwhile, M Sanusi expressed his deepest gratitude to bankjatim for the cooperation that has been established so far. He hopes that in the future cooperation with bankjatim can continue. "We also really appreciate bankjatim for paying attention to the world of health. We will utilize this assistance as well as possible to support and serve the community, "he said.
